Track with Tippkemper as he guides you through five central yoga poses: Kid’s posture, declining and facing canine, Pigeon present, go to knee position, and crossed-leg present. You’ll hold each posture for a couple of breaths. The stream is paced and delayed for profound unwinding and extension, Tippkemper says.
